General purpose acrylic impact modifier that improves the impact properties, processing and surface finish of rigid vinyl compounds.

Developed on a high-rubber content design, Durastrength® 350 modifier offers faster fusion without the need for additional process aids, and superior impact performance at 3 to 4.5 phr, when compared to competitive high-rubber modifiers.

Provides expected impact performance while delivering benefits of acrylic fusion promotion. It imparts excellent properties to rigid PVC products and provides outstanding processability.  DURASTRENGTH® 4000 impact modifier can be used in place of alternative non-acrylic impact modifiers while maintaining the processing advantages of traditional impact modifiers.

Novel acrylic chemistry designed to impart excellent ambient and superior cold temperature impact to Polycarbonate and its alloys. Durastrength® 440 impact modifier also demonstrates excellent efficiency in thermosetting applications where UV resistance is needed.

Designed to offer cost savings to users, Durastrength® 506 impact modifier is based on Arkema’s proven acrylic core-shell technology. In injection molding applications, Durastrength® 506 acrylic impact modifier is especially useful and offers fast fusion and excellent impact performance without the need for additional process aids.

Designed to improve flow in compounds through extrusion, extending screw and barrel life while increasing productivity.  This results in improved aesthetic properties, weatherability, and impact strength even when used with high amounts of filler as is common in vinyl siding applications.

Designed for use in window profiles, capstock solutions and other weatherable vinyl applications, Durastrength® 527 enables a broad processing window and best-in-class impact strength based on efficiency.

Improvement on Durastrength® 510 modifier, offering faster fusion, and improved impact performance for the same use level (phr). These improvements do not compromise the superior surface gloss and finish offered to window profile, siding, fencing, pipe, and injection molded articles.

Low gloss impact modifier imparting excellent mechanical properties to rigid vinyl building products. While providing lower gloss values in co-extruded and monoextruded vinyl capstocks and profiles, Durastrength® 731 maintains impact properties necessary to meet standards across the building and construction market. Durastrength® 731 meets the weatherability of all Durastrength® impact modifier grades and provides the processability and rheology needed by vinyl rigid PVC manufacturers.
